15 Summer K-Dramas you have to watch (Part 2)

The second part of a list with 15 K-dramas that will bring summer in your screens

Summer may be far away at the moment, but I bet there are many among us who would love for it to come sooner. If you are one of us, the best thing you can do to bring summer closer is to watch K-dramas with sea settings and beautiful landscapes that truly smell of summer, and have a great time with our favorite heroes. Here are 15 dramas that will do just that.

9. Summer Days
“Summer Days” is a 7-episode K-drama with action and romance, that premiered on 2008.

10. Summer Scent

2003's “Summer Scent” is an old K-drama of 20 episodes, with Song Seung-hun and Son Ye-jin.

Plot: Three year's previously Min-woo lost his first love in a tragic accident. As he struggles on with life he meets Hae-won who reminds him of his lost love but is racked with emotion and confusion as his feelings for these two women become intertwined. Unbeknownst to the florist Hae-won she has received her heart transplant and a second chance at life from Min-woo's first love. When the two cross paths Hae-won notices her unusual heart beat. Nobody knew it was her heart that remembered and beats strong for her lost love Min-woo. 11. Warm and Cozy
"Warm and Cozy" is a 2015 production with 16 episodes in total and shot in the Korean island Jeju

Plot: Lee Jung-joo has struggled and worked hard all her life, but has never caught a break, leaving her perpetually grouchy. In her five years as an administrative employee at a clothing company in Seoul, she has never missed a day of work. But that doesn't stop her from losing her job, her house and her boyfriend in quick succession, so she unwillingly sets off to start a new life in Jeju Island. There, she meets Baek Gun-woo, chef and owner of the restaurant "Warm and Cozy."

This drama has beautiful scenery, lovely actors and a very good plot. I like this drama for its whole package and I also like the recipes at the end of every episode. Catchy idea!

12. The Vineyard Man

“The Vineyard Man” is a 2006's K-drama with Yoon Eun-hye and Oh Man-Seok

Plot: It revolves around the life of Lee Ji-hyun (Yoon Eun-hye), a city girl who wants to show the world that beneath her seemingly ordinary characteristics is an extraordinary girl who will someday achieve great things. Ji-hyun is a striving young clothing designer, who hopes to have her own label one day. Her plans are put on hold when she reluctantly takes up a tempting offer from her grand-uncle. She has to work one year in her grand-uncle's vineyard in order to inherit it. In the vineyard, the challenge of adjusting to country life is made more difficult when she has to learn how to grow grapes under the supervision of the seemingly uncouth and unsympathetic man in charge of the vineyard, Jang Taek-gi (Oh Man-seok).

It gives us a different taste of summer as we can see a village to the mountains, where we can almsot feel the fresh air from mountain. Summer is not only about the sea. A really great drama. You have to watch it

15. Fantasy Couple

“Fantasy Couple” is a 2016 K-drama with 16 episodes

Plot: She's pretty, insanely rich, and moves as if every street on this planet is a catwalk. The perfect woman? Not so fast. Anna Jo (Han Ye Seul of Forbidden Love) might look like a million dollars, but she's nearly unbearable: she never smiles, treats everyone but her cat Princess like a dog, and has the very annoying and expensive tendency of wanting to change every single piece of furniture she sees. Enter Jang Cheol Su (Oh Ji Ho of Super Rookie), the owner of a very small construction company in the suburbs. He treats every bill like treasure, his house looks like the aftermath of an armed robbery, and his idea of fashion is wearing the local soccer team's jersey. When these two get together, they make a truly Fantastic Couple.
